Tender description

This Prior Information Notice relates to the conditional sale of a long leasehold interest, which will be tendered by TDA on behalf of Torbay Council but will not be subject to an OJEU tender process. The landowner is seeking to secure a developer for Paignton Harbour in order to lever in the skills and expertise to deliver successful regeneration of a site as part of the wider Town Centre Regeneration programme in Torbay. The successful tenderer will provide the skills and expertise to execute a number of specialist interdependent undertakings to secure the comprehensive regeneration of the site, from early tenant negotiations through to practical completion of the development. They include tenants’ negotiations, design development, cost planning, engineering, planning, ecology and project management.
