The Contract is for alterations and reconfiguration to levels 0, 1 and 2 of block I in the Coleraine campus, to facilitate the relocation of the School of Education from block G2 in Coleraine. Works will comprise the following in order to provide classrooms and PHD study spaces for staff and students of the School of Education: - Minor stripping out, alterations and removal works - New doors, partition walls and screens - New floor, wall and ceiling finishes - Decoration - Furniture - Alterations to mechanical and electrical services
