Tender description
Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is conducting this for the provision of a maintenance contract for the integrated reception system (IRS) within the borough of Blackpool. The successful contractor will be expected to provide day-to-day maintenance of the IRS, predominantly consisting of unplanned repairs work (mainly minor jobs) which will be notified to the successful bidder on a daily basis, usually initiated by a request from the client’s property services department during operational including the provision of an out of hours (24 hour) emergency service.
