Tender description
The implementation of effective technology enabled care services (TECS) in Herefordshire is a key component to preventing the escalation of client needs and in supporting ‘all adults in Herefordshire to live healthy, happy and independent lives within their local communities, for as long as possible with support when they need it’. Herefordshire Council is undertaking a soft market test as part of the commissioning process for this service. This gives potential providers the opportunity to express their interest in providing one or more elements of the Technology Enabled Care Services. The council will use the information to appraise options and develop the specification for the new Technology Enabled Care service.
