Summary of the work ARP is seeking to procure specialist consultancy resource to support in developing detailed technical requirements for its planned procurement activity. The Supplier will be required to carry out the following: - data analysis; - stakeholder engagement to gather requirements; - development of requirements and Specification; and - stakeholder workshop sign-off Expected Contract Length Three (3) months Latest start date Monday 7 May 2018 Budget Range £60,000 - £70,000 Why the Work is Being Done The work is to support the Programme in the development of a detailed technical Specification for an upcoming procurement. Problem to Be Solved Technical specification writing. Who Are the Users Support to the Ambulance Radio Programme. Existing Team Ambulance Radio Programme Senior Management team and NHS Ambulance Trusts. Current Phase Discovery Skills & Experience • Have experience of writing technical specifications supported with evidence • Experience of working with multi-NHS stakeholders supported with evidence • Respond via BiPDelta eSourcing platform to the RFI using access code: 8CWEA4RCR9 Nice to Haves • demonstrate experience of procurement preparatory document creation within NHS • provide availability of suitable resources from early May 2018 Work Location Predominantly from our London office. This will need to be confirmed with the Supplier. It is likely that most meetings will be held at the ARP office base in London.
