SUPPLY OF TEMPORARY STORAGE STRUCTURE (REVISED)

Tender description

Apple Aviation Limited is an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (MRO), based at Newquay International Airport, Cornwall. We provide Engineering Maintenance on a variety of Commercial Aircraft (Boeing, Airbus & Bombardier) as examples. We also have an Engine Workshop facility at the hangar maintaining Rolls Royce, IAE and CFM Engines and as part of our contractual obligations we also have to store them in a controlled environment per the Manufactures requirements. We are currently expanding our Engine Services not only to the Engine Manufacturers, but also to the Aircraft Lessors and Airlines. To enable this expansion, we need to increase our "Storage Footprint", a Temporary Structure will enable Apple Aviation to do this in a timely manner, however, not only must it meet the current building regulations as applicable, it must also meet Aviation Standards for storage of aircraft materials. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
