Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: a) to give potential tenderers advance notice that the FCA are currently evaluating its options prior to undertaking an exercise for the re-tender of the FCA Social Media Analysis Platform; b) to advise potential tenderers of an upcoming Supplier Event which will be held via teleconference on 15th June 2018; and c) to give potential tenderers access to a Request for Information (RFI) document. Potential tenderers should note that in order to obtain access to the Supplier Event and RFI document, they need to sign and return the attached Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) no later than the 12th June at 10:00 am (10:00 GMT). The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is intending to run a re-procurement for a social media analysis platform. We are seeking the best value and most effective option for providing access to social media and other relevant content through Software as a Service (SaaS) social media analysis platform. The FCA is looking for a platform to include social media and other relevant content. Requirements are largely concerned with the ability to support monitoring of the FCA’s own social media (e.g. measuring the impact and effectiveness of the FCA’s social presence), and to search social media in support of research into relevant sectors and firms.
