Structured opportunities to support recovery and independence for people with mental health needs. Day opportunities to support recovery and independence for people with mental health needs. The London Borough of Camden (“the Council”) is seeking to award contracts for the provision of Mental Health Community Support service Programme of Structured Activities. The Service will have a maximum unit cost of 1 500 GBP and a maximum annual value of 165 000 GBP for the provision of a programme of structured activities. Mental Health Community Support services will provide time-limited, strength-based support to people in their communities. The key aim will be to reduce demand for long term social care services and to enable people to remain well in their communities. The service will require eligibility for social care services under the Care Act, and all areas will involve supporting people with complex mental health needs. The contracts will be for an initial period of 2,5 years commencing on or around 19.11.2018 with the option of 2 extensions for 1 year each.
