The City of London Corporation (COL) requires the provision of services for the commercial offices premises above Smithfield Market, and more specifically on Lindsey Street and East Poultry Avenue, London EC1. The commercial offices comprise approximately 105,000 sq ft arranged over two floors and currently produce an annual rental income of circa £2.5 million exclusive from 14 commercial tenancies. The City of London Corporation is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a full suite of property services focused primarily on agency - lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews - and property management functions, but encompassing other surveying functions where required.
