Office fit out works for our new premises, which will provide us with the internal design, structure, layout and facilities that we require to accommodate our growing business and team. Works will include: - Installation of new carpet / flooring - Installation of additional kitchen facilities on the first floor - Redecoration of certain walls in keeping with the character of the property - Removal of non-structural internal walls - Installation of non-structural internal walls to accommodate additional internal meeting rooms - Installation and replacement of lighting - Installation of additional data and electricity points - Installation of access control and security equipment - Installation of telecoms provider's equipment and cables - Company branding in communal areas consistent with other tenants - Company branding in the office space •This project is subject to receiving part funding from ERDF
