Requirement for 6 New Build Homes

Tender description

Since 2010 Corby Borough Council has developed or acquired 200 new council homes. It is currently looking to add to its housing stock and is interested to hear from developers who may have 6 new build houses to offer. These houses must be built in the Borough of Corby and can have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. They must be completed and available for occupation this financial year (2018/19). Interested parties who may have such properties available are requested to send details, including location, plans and indicative price to procurement@corby.gov.uk by the notice closing date. It should be noted that this is a notice to enable Corby Borough Council to determine whether any appropriate options exist in the marketplace. As such, this notice should not be taken as a prerequisite that any contracts/agreements will be forthcoming.
