Tender description

This competition is being conducted on behalf of RCSI Hospitals (the Contracting Authority) by Beaumont Hospital. The Contracting Authority is employing the single-stage negotiated procedure to establish this framework agreement. The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement with three suitably-qualified and experienced economic operators for the international recruitment of nurses. It is anticipated that general nurses, ICU nurses, theatre nurses and specialist nurses may be required under this framework agreement. The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that this competition concerns the provision of recruitment services for nursing personnel. Consequently, the subject-matter of this competition falls within the category of “health, social and related services” for the purposes of Annex XIV and is subject solely to Articles 74 to 77 of Directive 2014/24/EU. On this basis, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in relation to this competition.
