Tender description

Applications are invited for setting up of a Project manager framework panel in 2018 for the engagement of Project management services (including associated advisory services) as described in Letter of Invitation attached elsewhere. Applications are invited for setting up of a Project Manager Framework Panel in 2018 for the engagement of Project management services (including associated advisory services) for: — a design and build programme for the delivery of approximately 10 – 15 projects per year over the life of the framework in selected locations mainly the Dublin commuter belt and other major population growth areas, and/or — the engagement of Project Management Services on programmes of traditionally procured projects (up to 3 programmes of approximately 20 major extension/refurbishment or new build school projects per programme over the life of the framework), and/or. — the engagement of Project Management Services on programmes of traditional and design and build start-up school projects (up to 30 relatively small projects over the life of the framework), and/or — the engagement of Project management services on other project types as required, as will be described in the call-off document. The duration of the framework will be for a period of 3 years from the date of formation of framework (secondary competition) but may also be extended at the discretion of Department of education and skills for a further 1 year. Ten candidates (short listed on the basis of this notice and the associated Suitability assessment questionnaire) will be invited to tender for the first project and for the possibility of inclusion in the framework. The highest scoring candidate will be appointed for the first project (subject to terms and conditions). The 6 best scoring candidates will be appointed to the framework and will be eligible to tender for future secondary competitions under this framework.
