Tender description

NHS England is working to establish a framework for the supply of genomic laboratory consumables for a maximum period of 2 + 2 years to run from 1.10.2018 until 30.9.2022. The framework will be available for use by the NHS in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. It will also be available to users within settings which include but which may not be limited to Hospitals, Universities and other Research Bodies. The framework will be mandated for use by a network of NHS England Genomic Laboratory Hubs; the network will be contracted to deliver all genomic testing within the NHS in England from October 2018.A rolling migration to the framework as current arrangements expire is expected. Please note this framework will be split into lots, however as yet the details of how the lots will be defined is yet to be finalised. NHS England is expecting multiple suppliers to be party to the framework agreement.
