Tender description

NHS Commercial Solutions on behalf of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, invites potential Tenderers to submit bids for Digital Dictation, Outsourced Transcription and associated Services. The Framework Agreement is going to be divided into the following Lots: Lot 1: Digital dictation hardware and software as a service solution; Lot 2: In-house and outsourced digital dictation service solution; Lot 3: Outsourced transcription service solution; and. Lot 4: Managed service solution. The scope of this lot includes: a) the supply of hardware; b) software as a service solutions; c) warranty and repair services; d) installation, integration, training; and e) consultancy services. The Service provider will offer an end-to-end digital dictation service solution which is either locally or externally hosted and operated within a participating authority's environment / single organisation or a defined environment. This will include supply, installation, integration, commissioning of digital dictation hardware, software, workflow and associated supplies and services. The scope of this lot is likely to include the outsourcing of transcription services to help the participating authority reduce the turnaround time of documents. The Tenderers will offer a fully managed end-to-end digital dictation service which could either be in-house or outsourced, tailored to a participating authority's requirements to accommodate associated services, e.g. Hybrid mailing.
