West Coast Trains Ltd (Virgin Trains) operating the West Coast Mainline are looking to replace their On-board Train Infrastructure across the entire fleet. The key aims are to deliver a new on-board network and Wi-Fi infrastructure capable of meeting the future demands of Digital Services and high speed mobile connectivity. How to Express Interest in this Tender: 1) register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once): — browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/virgintrains and click the link to register, — enter your correct business and user details, — Note: your username will be the email address you have entered, — you will also shortly receive an email confirmation. 2) On “Expression of Interest” — you will need to complete and return the NDA (Confidentiality — Bilateral) within the document set. On doing so, we will issue the password to open all the Tender documentation. Any available documentation will be available via the various relevant tab.
