Market Engagement Notice: 16+ Support & Resettlement Services

Social care support providers and all those involved in community and housing services for looked after children and young people are invited to attend this Market Engagement Event for the 16+ Support & Resettlement Service commencing in December 2018. Purpose The Commissioners are holding this event to enable key stakeholders and interested parties to: • understand the aims and objectives of the service • inform and feedback implementation of the service specification • flag any particular issues, challenges or risks in service delivery • receive helpful tips for submitting future procurement applications Context This event will inform the market of the intention to commission an innovative support and housing service to meet current and future demand for 16+ young people and deliver quality outcomes for care leavers and young homeless. Targeted audience Social care support providers, community and housing services, peer mentors, operational managers and strategic service leads are encouraged to attend the event in order to discuss the future model.
