A RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET CONSULTATION WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY CONTRACT AND NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR RESPONSES PROVIDED. Early market consultation is requested to determine the level of interest in the scheme and identify all potential options that can be explored so that elected members can develop a view on the matter prior to entering into any potential future tendering exercise. Responses must include: 1. An indicative layout of the proposed scheme. 2. A narrative explaining how the proposed scheme meets the brief supplied. 3. A clear indication of the requirements in the brief which can be provided within a viable cost envelope. 4.
