Tender description

Harper Adams University is inviting tenders for a Library services platform (LSP) with a discovery service, and Resource list management software (RLMS). The NWUPC Ltd is hosting this tender on their eTendering platform — In-Tend, however Harper Adams is managing the process. The tender comprises 2 lots: — Lot 1 – Library services platform (LSP) and Discovery service — Lot 2 – Resource list management software (RLMS) Suppliers may bid for one or both lots. A decision will be made first on Lot 1. The Library is seeking to enter into a contract for an initial period of 5 years from the implementation date. Subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement the contract has a further three options for extension in 2+2+1 year terms.. Library services platform and Discovery service. Resource list management software (RLMS).
