Tender description
The purpose of this RFT is the provision and administration of Mortgage Protection Insurance(MPI) Scheme (providing Death and Disability Benefits for Local Authority Borrowers). The Services comprise: i) a fully underwritten mortgage protection insurance scheme for persons who avail of house purchase loan finance from local authorities and to cover the rental equity portion of Shared Ownership Schemes; and ii) oversight, administration and management of the scheme to include: — premium collections and management. — claims management, — liaison with Local Authorities on all matters as they relate to operation and administration of the scheme.
