Tender description

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) during 2018 will be procuring a range of supported housing options for mental health service users and for those with a learning disability. Support housing services aim to enable vulnerable people to live more independently, both in their own home and in the community, through the provision of housing related support services. Services include support for people living in hostels, sheltered housing, shared homes and visiting support packages to people in their own homes. The Council invites suitably qualified service providers to attend a market engagement event where it will present the service delivery model for the Adult Mental Health Service and the Disability Service. The event will be held between 1:00 and 4:00 pm on Monday 25.6.2018 at Barking Town Hall Barking IG11 7LU in the Council Chamber. This event will offer an opportunity to inform providers of the Council’s vision for services, its competitive tendering proces. Please note that spaces are limited, and organisations are asked to send no more than two (2) representatives to the event. Please include the job titles/roles of attendees and their contact details, to ensure the sessions are planned effectively and enable us to contact attendees should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
