Tender description
Framework to be utilised for some Children's Services in Lot 5. The SCC Homecare Framework was implemented in 2017, it has only been used for adult services to date, but is due to be utilised for some Children's Services in Lot 5. Initially services will be for Complex Care and Crisis Support. Further information is available in the attached slides or by registering on Proactis by following the link below: https://www.proactisplaza.com/supplierportal Anticipated launch date is the 1.7.2018, you will need to be registered on Proactis to be notified of possible care packages. Providers who are currently registered for Adults Services only (Lots 1-4) will need to request application for lot 5 in order to participate.
