Framework Agreement for The Provision of Asbestos Surveying, Bulk Sampling and Air Monitoring Services

Tender description

The contract will deliver Management or Refurbishment/Demolition surveys including sampling and a standalone item for independent air testing (for asbestos removal completed by our approved contractor). Primarily we will require management surveys which will cover our void properties and re-inspection surveys for the common parts of our blocks. The volume of work is not guaranteed but we have approximately 15 management and R&D surveys per week and approximately 700 re-inspection surveys per annum. We will also require ad-hoc testing of locations prior to works being carried out by our DLO or third party contractors and Air Tests after the completion of removal works by our Asbestos Removal Contractor.
