Tender description

The physical scope of this work includes the design and build of Piling and Substructure works for the Western Energy Centre, Main Terminal and Terminal Extensions (the Piling and Deck package already procured will provide the foundations for the major part of East Terminal Extension, the New East Pier and the Eastern Energy Centre). Piling works includes: — CFA piling (varying diameter, mainly between 300-600 mm with a number of 1200 mm) with pile caps, — holding down bolts. Substructure includes: — ground beams, — lift, escalator and service Pits, — basements (secant piles and walls), — ground slabs and precast planks, — existing concrete deck demolition and reconstruction.
