Tender description

DFID intend to extend the current contract for this programme by 18 months with effect from June 2018. There will be no additional budget, and costs for this extension phase will be funded by a reallocation of funds from within the same monitoring and evaluation component of the programme. This extension is required to bring the monitoring and evaluation contract in line with the wider programme, which was extended until 2020, and ensure that quality and relevance of the evaluation will not be compromised. Suppliers were engaged through a mini-competition within the DFID global evaluation framework, 4 bids received and the contract was awarded to OPM. The calldown contract was awarded on 22.8.2013 for a total value of 2 350 110 GBP.
