Tender description
The BBC has a requirement to appoint a number of providers to a framework agreement for the provision of apprenticeship schemes. These schemes require the providers to teach, support, assess and award to an agreed curriculum. The providers shall deliver apprenticeship standards in order to grow the talent of the UK media industry and support future skill-set needs across the BBC career development pathway. Lot 1— engineers technician, — sub Lot 1a machinist - advanced manufacturing engineering, Lot 2— accountancy taxation professional, Lot 3— business administration, Lot 4— post graduate engineer, — sub Lot 4a research and development engineer, — sub Lot 4b systems integration engineer, — sub Lot 4c product support engineer, — sub Lot 4d engineering business manager, Lot 5— HR support, Lot 6— HR consultant /partner, Lot 7— senior leader, Lot 8— solicitor, Lot 9— commercial procurement and supply, Lot 10— improvement practitioner, Lot 11— junior management consultant. Apprenticeship scheme for the designing, building, servicing and repairing a range of engineering products and services. For Lot 1a the estimated minimum value of the framework is 43 200 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for providing financial information and advice to different organisations. For Lot 2 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 235 600 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. For Lot 3 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 96 000 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for developing innovative solutions to complex technical engineering problems. For Lot 4 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 518 400 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for developing innovative solutions to complex technical engineering problems. For Lot 4b the estimated minimum value of the framework is 1 080 000 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship Scheme for providing human resources (HR) expertise within a company or organisation. For Lot 6 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 115 200 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for a leader who has senior management responsibility. For Lot 7 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 576 000 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for progressing legal matters and transactions, applying legal knowledge and commercial judgement to produce solutions which meet clients' needs. For Lot 8 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 86 400 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme for buying the goods and services that enable an organisation to operate. For Lot 9 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 57 600 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme to identify and lead the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes. For Lot 10 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 38 400 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below. Apprenticeship scheme to provide business advice to public, private and not-for-profit organisations. For Lot 11 the estimated minimum value of the framework is 57 600 GBP and the estimated maximum value is set out in Section 2.2.6 below.
