ESPO is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the direct supply of a wide range of catering consumables, covering items such as single-use cutlery, tableware and cups, food packaging, paper napkins and cling film, foil and baking parchment. It is envisaged that customers will require some of these products to be environmentally sustainable (recyclable, biodegradable, compostable, etc.) and to include premium and standard product ranges to reflect changes in consumer demand.
