Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council (\"The Authority\") invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the Contaminated Land Services tender. The Authority Regulatory Services have responsibilities with regards to the inspection and redevelopment of land which may contain contamination. These responsibilities fall within the development control process or under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The Service Provider shall provide professional advice in respect of contaminated land matters to the Authority
