United Utilities is seeking suppliers for the provision of Network maintenance services for water and wastewater network. Services will be split over 3 streams and 9 lots. Stream 1 — Water core. This stream has 2 lots, North and South. Resolution, repair or renewal of linear assets and ancillary fittings on the water network. Stream 2 — Wastewater core. This stream has 2 lots — North and South. Resolution, repair or renewal of linear assets and ancillary fittings on the wastewater network. Stream3 — Non-core. This stream has 5 lots and each lot covers the both the water and wastewater networks. — Lot 5 — Water small projects. — Lot 6 — Wastewater small projects. — Lot 7 — Proactive inspection and investigation. — Lot 8 — Specialist water services. — Lot 9 — Specialist wastewater services. Works associated with the maintenance of water network assets including but not limited to; resolution, repair or renewal of linear assets and ancillary fittings on the water network including: — water distribution mains, — valves, — hydrants, — communication pipes, — underground supply pipes (private), — chambers, — frames and covers, — stop taps, — air valves. Works associated with the maintenance of water network assets including but not limited to; resolution, repair or renewal of linear assets and ancillary fittings on the water network including: — water distribution mains, — valves, — hydrants, — communication pipes, — underground supply pipes (private), — chambers, — frames and covers, — stop taps, — air valves. Works associated with the maintenance of wastewater network assets including but not limited to; (i) Resolution team drivers and supervision of drivers; (ii) Provision of resolution vehicles and associated activities; (iii) Provision of recycler units and associated activities; (iv) Provision of CCTV/Camera units and associated activities; (v) Patch sewer lining; (vi) Full length sewer lining; (vii) Wet well cleaning; (viii) Tanker support; (ix) Proactive investigations; (x) Contaminated surface water investigations; (xi) Connectivity investigations; (xii) Service of septic tanks; (xiii) Overpumping and other maintenance of flow provision; (xiv) Civil activities associated with the wastewater network; (xv) Frames and covers. Works associated with the maintenance of wastewater network assets including but not limited to; (i) Resolution team drivers and supervision of drivers; (ii) Provision of resolution vehicles and associated activities; (iii) Provision of recycler units and associated activities; (iv) Provision of CCTV/Camera units and associated activities; (v) Patch sewer lining; (vi) Full length sewer lining; (vii) Wet well cleaning; (viii) Tanker support; (ix) Proactive investigations; (x) Contaminated surface water investigations; (xi) Connectivity investigations; (xii) Service of septic tanks; (xiii) Overpumping and other maintenance of flow provision; (xiv) Civil activities associated with the wastewater network; (xv) Frames and covers. (a) Works associated with the maintenance of water supply assets including but not limited to; (i) Poor condition mains replacement, Minor Mains Improvements and strategic mains (resilience); (ii) Mains diversions; (iii) Fire hydrant and Air valve maintenance and replacement; (iv) Pressure monitoring valve and Air valve maintenance and replacement; (v) Distribution meters; (vi) Service reservoir bypass mains. Works associated with the maintenance of wastewater network assets including but not limited to; (i) Sewer diversions; (ii) Asset replacement and rehabilitation; (iii) Sewer lining (Full length); (iv) Mitigation; (v) Package pumping stations. Services associated with the maintenance of water and wastewater network assets including but not limited to; (i) Ancillary inspection (clean water and waste water); (ii) Cyclic CCTV and cleaning; (iii) Critical sewer surveying. Specialist works associated with the maintenance of water supply assets including but not limited to; (i) Aqueduct repairs; (ii) Pipe bridge repairs and replacement. Specialist works associated with the maintenance of wastewater network assets including but not limited to; (i) Large diameter sewer repair / Segmental shafts; (ii) Pipe bridge / Syphons; (iii) Rising mains/ Pressure main.
