Connswater Homes Construction Project at Graham Street Lisburn

Tender description

Clanmil on behalf of Connswater Homes wish to appoint a main Contractor for a Construction Project at Graham Street Lisburn. The Contract is for the provision of 15 social housing units comprising 13no. 3P2B apartments and 2no. 2P1B apartments. The works include demolition of an existing warehouse and office accommodation building plus requirement for site development and engineering works. The contract duration will be approximately 15 months from date of award and is scheduled to commence at end of July 2018. All units constructed under this contract must achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes accreditation.
