Tender description

The maintenance, repairs and cleaning of a number of high quality Bus Shelters, financed through the exclusive provision of advertising upon the said shelters. The contract will be for 162 bus shelters. There were two unsuccessful OJEU compliant open Tender processes undertaken. There were no bids for the 1st Tender, no compliant bids for the 2nd process. The Authority undertook a negotiated procedure with the 2 incumbent providers and reached agreement with both of them for 1 to provide the service in its entirety. The service is the maintenance, repairs and cleaning of a number of high quality Bus Shelters, financed through the exclusive provision of advertising upon the said shelters. The contract will be for 162 bus shelters.
