Tender description
The LASNTG are seeking a Procurement Training Course provider to deliver a number of one day courses to local authority staff of various levels of experience. The courses shall be delivered in the five regional training centres - Roscrea, Ballincollig, Castlebar, Stranorlar and Ballycoolin. The aim of the training course is to provide local authority personnel with the knowledge, skills and expertise to allow them to manage a complete procurement process under the Capital Works Management Framework for both a construction works contract and for consultancy services and should cover the following topics: - Introduction to the Capital Works Management Framework - Procuring a Consultant - Procuring a Contractor for Construction Works Contracts - Tender Evaluation - Contract Award - Troubleshooting - Case Studies/Questions and Answers
