Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the Council) is currently out to procurement for the provision of the Hertfordshire growth hub. Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Please see VI.3 (Additional information) for further information. Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via the correspondence area in the e-tendering system, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above. The Hertfordshire Growth Hub is a key part of the LEP’s Enterprise Programme and this tender is to commission a provider to deliver the Growth hub and related services from 1.10.2018. The duration of the Contract is 2 core years, with the option to extend the Contract by up to a further 2 years, year on year to 30.9.2022. The first 2 years funding is committed and the further 2 years is discretionary, dependent on funding confirmation and LEP satisfaction with the delivery of the Contract up to that point. National funding is expected from 2020 for 2 years, but the amount will be dependent on spending review results nearer the time.
