The Winston Churchill School are seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Property Support Consultancy Service provider who can provide a responsive service across a number of professional service areas including general support and assistance including but not limited to: — a helpdesk providing professional advice, support, emergency work response via telephone, email and/or web portal 27/7/365, — projects support and/or management, — onsite advice and inspection, — contractor database, — statutory testing management, — summary condition survey of premises major asset items, — support and bid preparation, — design and project management of larger projects, — reliability; involving consistency of performance and dependability, — responsiveness; readiness to provide services in a timely and efficient manner, — annual review of service provision.
