Tender description
Design and Build procurement route incorporating a single stage tendering procedure. The design and construction of the laboratories, workshops, flexible and cellular offices, administrative, accommodation and external works (including soft and hard landscaping, below ground drainage, and external services etc.). The duration of the Agreement is anticipated to be 14 months; however, this is to be defined during the tender stage process — please refer to the employer’s Requirements within the Procurement Documents for further information.
