Anglia Ruskin University is looking to appoint a contractor for the provision of Residential summer cleaning onits Cambridge campus. The Contract will be for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for further 2 x 12-months subject toperformance. Anglia Ruskin University is looking to appoint a contractor for the provision of Residential summer cleaning on its Cambridge campus. The Contract will be for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for further 2 x 12 months periods, subject to performance. The residential areas consist of Halls of residences as well as a few managed houses located in and around Cambridge. Cleaning will need to be conducted for a defined period during the summer months — usually 12-14 weeks between mid-June and mid/late-September in order to ensure the respective areas are ready for the new students intake. There may also be a requirement to provide hotel style cleaning for any commercial summer business, as well as ad-hoc cleaning for student rooms that are resident at different times to the standard above. Due to the changing nature of the student population and requirements in the summer months, exact dates and details cannot be given.
