Abbey Manor College Temporary 'Assessment Hub' Expansion 2018

Tender description

The Council is looking to procure a contractor to deliver a temporary 'Assessment Hub' at Abbey Manor College, 40 Falmouth Cl, Lee, London SE12 8PJ, as part of the on-going delivery of education capital schemes by the Capital Programme Delivery Team under the Pupil Places Programme. This project will facilitate the delivery of a temporary unit (for use for up to approximately seven years), that will provide a reception area, classroom, meeting rooms and a toilet, and in line with the Employers Requirements and specifications included within the tender pack. The works are to be delivered during the summer holidays 2018, for delivery at the start of the new school year September 2018. Due to the specialist nature of the school, the employer's requirements specifically call for robust and hard wearing solutions to ensure that the facilities are fit for purpose.
