Newcastle City Council is wishing to appoint a Contractor to undertake improvement works to the external play space and outdoor learning area at Linhope PRU. The works comprise of supply and installation of play elements including some bespoke items and refurbishment of existing school garden area. The Contract period is for 5 weeks, the proposed programme commencement date is 19 March 2018 and the programme completion date is 27 April 2018. Submission Checklist You should ensure that you have carried out the following tasks before submitting a Quotation:- • You have read and understood the specification and the terms and conditions; • You have completed and submitted the Quotation Response Form - document Part 3, containing your answers to the following 3 Mandatory requirements: 1) a recommended Linhope PRU site specific risk assessment (RAMS) to cover the required works. 2) evidence of your company Health & Safety accreditation / registration of a Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) members e.g. CHAS etc. 3) evidence of your company insurance certificate. • You have completed and submitted the Quotation Response Form - document Part 3, containing your answers to the 4 scored project specific sub criteria requirements, to demonstrate your firm's proposals for performing the contract; • You have completed and submitted the detailed Pricing Schedule - Part 4 - Schedule of works; and • You have completed the Declaration and Total price at the end of page 6 of document Part 1 - Instructions to firms.
