Thamesmead Towers Window Replacement

Tender description

Peabody is undertaking a procurement exercise for the execution of window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repair to fifteen 13 storey tower locks at Thamesmead SE London. The procurement includes two lots: Lot 1 - 6 No. towers requiring the above works: Lot 2 - 9 No. towers requiring the above works. The planned delivery period for all works is for contractor appointment September 2018 and completion late 2019. A separate contractor will be selected for each Lot. To provide advanced information on the scope, programme and logistics of the works prior to the issuing of the procurement documentation we are holding a Main Contractor 'Meet the Buyer' event on 31st May 2018 at Parkview Hub, Thamesmead and would request that all interested parties register their interest whereupon we will provide more details in relation to the event.
