Schools Minor Works Programme – Contract 2 Brindishe Manor School, Deptford Park School & Holbeach School (Mechanical Works)

Tender description

The Council wishes to procure a contractor to undertake Mechanical works to the primary schools described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Capital Works Programme. The works shall comprise but not be limited to the following: Brindishe Manor Primary School Replacement of boiler plant within Blocks A, B and C. Deptford Park Primary School Replacement of boiler plant and intrusive testing of heating pipework within Block A. Replacement of boiler plant within Block C and Block D. Holbeach Primary School Replacement of boiler plant and intrusive testing of heating pipework within Block A.
