For the Provision of a Bar Concession for Grimsby Town Hall. The Town Hall is a two storey building with eight serviceable rooms, available for hire by internal and external customers for a variety of functions. The Town Hall is also where North East Lincolnshire Council carries out its democratic functions. The contractor shall provide a full bar service when required for functions, training and other events that may be held at Grimsby Town Hall.
