Northgate M3 & Lagan CRM integration, including associated website developments

Summary of the work To assist in providing enhancements to the existing Web/mobile apps including integration with KANA Lagan, Orchard CMS and Northgate M3. This will require redevelopment of existing components to utilise Azure federation. Including documentation and handover. Expected Contract Length 2 Months + 1 month optional Latest start date Tuesday 1 May 2018 Budget Range Between 10,000 to 18,000 Why the Work is Being Done To assist in providing enhancements to the existing Web/mobile apps including integration with KANA Lagan, Orchard CMS and Northgate M3. This will require redevelopment of existing components to utilise Azure federation. Including documentation and handover. Problem to Be Solved 1. Provide Integration with Northgate M3 and Lagan CRM including authentication using Azure federation, with Orchard CMS. 2. Provide general support to DMBC staff and cross training during the process, including development against any relevant technical integration. 3. Provide all relevant documentation as necessary for effective handover into live service and support. Who Are the Users As a citizen of Doncaster or staff member of Doncaster council, I need to access digital services on-line. Existing Team There is an existing digital council team, the team consists of Project managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Developers. Current Phase Beta Skills & Experience • 2y experience of LAGAN, with proven live integration. (4%) • 2y experience of Orchard CMS, demonstrable delivery. (4%) • 2y experience of Northgate M3, with proven live integration. (2%) • Experience of Azure federation. (4%) • Must be able to start on 9 May 2018(2%) Nice to Haves Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years Agile development life cycle Experience (4%) Work Location Doncaster Working Arrangments Required 3 days a week, must provide their own hardware, business email address, should be capable of working at their own location or on site.
