Tender description
As part of the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre, Coventry City Council, in conjunction with WMG, as part of the University of Warwick and the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership is looking to purchase the relevant equipment for Cylindrical Cell Assembly. Vacuum drying equipment for Cylindrical Cell Assembly. The purchase of equipment for Welding of tabs, Cutting and Winding, Insertion into can, Welding to can, Centre pin insertion, Top insulator and Grooving, Electrolyte vacuum filling, Gasket insertion, Welding to lid, Cell sealing, Wetting, Cleaning, Wrapping and Labelling, Insertion into tray. Equipment purchase which covers the requirements of lot 1 and lot 2 to give a turnkey option.
