Durham County Council (DCC) is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for an Information Request Management system which will need to cover all requests for information to the Council and provide extensive functionality to support the delivery of these requests. Prior to issuing an Invitation to Tender document (ITT) the Council has decided to engage the market in a soft market test to understand what is available from suppliers and whether they fit in with the vision of Durham County Council’s view on Information Request Management Systems.
