Tender description

The Highland Council and Highlife Highland are looking to procure a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to preserve and enhance the health of employees and to advise the Highland Council on all matters regarding the health of their employees at work. The Service needs to be innovative, flexible and progressive in its approach, whilst identifying and delivering budgetary savings but without compromising on quality. The Highland Council and Highlife Highland are looking to procure a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to preserve and enhance the health of employees and to advise the Highland Council on all matters regarding the health of their employees at work. The Service needs to be innovative, flexible and progressive in its approach, whilst identifying and delivering budgetary savings but without compromising on quality. Council officers are seeking to engage with the market place for Occupational Health Providers. The purpose of the session is for the Highland Council to provide an overview of the requirements, provide guidance on the tender process and seek input from the market place to inform the development of the specification for these services.
