Tender description

Greenacres is a new development of 6 self-contained flats with a separate 4 bed respite / short-term service on the same site. The flats will be tenanted and delivered as supported accommodation while the respite provision will be a registered service. The housing units will accommodate clients with behaviour that challenges who may be discharged from specialist hospitals, or require services of this nature to prevent admission to a specialist hospital. The Council will be tendering for the provision of a Care and Support Service covering both the flats and the respite unit and would like to engage with potential Providers in order to inform the development of the Care and Support Service specification. There will be a market engagement event from 10:00 to 12:30 on 19 June at Uckfield Civic Centre, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1AE. Providers wishing to attend are asked to confirm their attendee details via the correspondence function on the South East Shared Services web portal.
