HCC 05/2018 Leavesden Green Primary School - School Expansion

Tender description

Leavesden Green School in Hertfordshire is a Primary school, attached third party nursery and Children's Centre a pupil roll of 291 pupils. Hertfordshire County Council are looking to employ a contractor under a JCT ICT 2016 to demolish the old plant room tower and link corridor and provide three classrooms, staff and admin accommodation. This work is due to be completed by September 2019 and construction will take place throughout the year during term and holiday periods. Full details will be provided to those tenderers that are successful at SQ stage and are short listed for tender stage. Please note that drawings have been provided to enable tenderers to view the potential build and site layout. Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Works provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
