GB-London: Gateway Housing Association Materials Mini-Competition Award

Tender description

Gateway Housing Association completed a mini-competition under the Spectrum Materials Framework for the purposes of selecting a building materials merchant to supply the wide variety of materials required by the in-house maintenance team: Gateway Homeworks. The process has been completed and a successful merchant appointed. The contract duration is an initial 2 years, with 3 potential 12 month extensions resulting in a maximum contract duration of 5 years. Estimated total contract value if all extensions are used equates to approximately £2,000,000, this may vary dependent on actual number and types of activity undertake by Gateway.
