GB-Bristol: DM/00120 Inspection of Pressure Systems at Defence Munitions Beith

Tender description

The Defence Munitions Commercial team, (hereafter referred to as 'the Authority') has a potential future requirement for the annual inspection and to safe-certification for various Pressure Systems at Defence Munitions (DM), Beith in Ayrshire. The Supplier shall be are required to undertake an annual examination of all Pressure Systems at DM Beith and to maintain the associated written schemes of examination (WSE). The Supplier shall be required to completed all work in accordance the 2000 Pressure Systems Safety Regulations, and will also need to be certified to ISO 9001 (2015). The contract will be for three (3) years, with two (2) optional extension years. There will be the opportunity for potential Suppliers to attend an Industry Day at DM Beith between 4-22 June (final date TBC) where the in-scope Pressure Systems and associated WSEs will be available for to view. The date will be confirmed once Expressions of Interest are received. Please note that a maximum of two (2) attendees from each Supplier will be permitted. Please also note that all attendees will need to comply with all necessary site security regulations at DM Beith. Tender packs for this requirement will only be issued to Suppliers who have expressed an interest to bid before this deadline. Please note that this requirement is only open to a maximum of ten (10) potential suppliers and that a pre-qualification exercise may be undertaken by the Authority in the event that more than 10 Suppliers express an interest,
