Tender description

The Council has pledged to accept 285 individual refugees under the vulnerable person’s and vulnerable children’s resettlement schemes. This requires that properties are identified that meet the needs of the incoming refugees. The provider is required to deliver packages of decorating/upgrading for properties to bring the properties up to an acceptable and satisfactory standard, including carpeting and making good any damage to internal structure of the property. In addition to the above the provider will ensure provision, delivery and installation of an agreed package of furniture, white goods and household items.
